Inquiry & Discovery Call
We begin our journey together with a preliminary conversation to introduce ourselves, get to know you, and discuss your project goals and scope.
In-Home Consultation
We conduct an onsite walkthrough to explore your vision, exchange creative concepts, photograph your spaces (if existing). All of this information helps us create a comprehensive project proposal.
Agreement & Onboarding
We further define the scope of work, finalize adjustments, and obtain a signed contract. We then establish a start date to begin the design journey detailed in the following sections.
Project Programming
We gather creative inspiration, conduct questionnaires, develop initial conceptual designs, and outline preliminary budget expectations.
Schematic Design
We develop conceptual imagery, spatial layouts and drafting, square foot calculations, and initial project cost projections.
Design Development
We create 3D visualizations, curate personalized materials and fixtures, facilitate showroom visits, and develop technical drawings along with detailed schedule spreadsheets and presentations.
Project Management & Trade Coordination
We oversee procurement and logistics, facilitate trade communications, perform regular site inspections, and curate detailed product estimates and quotes.
Construction Documents
We create comprehensive technical drawing sets including furniture and finish plans, electrical and lighting layouts, detailed elevations, AV integration, and finalized 3D visualizations.
Execution Phase
We handle the white glove furniture delivery, final styling touches, placement of art and accessories, and wrap up any remaining punch list.
