For this project we used a “refresh” approach vs a full remodel. This project is located in the Pine Canyon neighborhood of Flagstaff, AZ. We designed and built a custom dry bar in the living room with new cabinetry that matches the kitchen. We replaced all of the floors with a medium natural tone engineered hardwood. We redesigned and repositioned the kitchen island which was originally on a 45 degree angle in the kitchen. We replaced all countertops and backsplash, added under cabinet lighting, and replaced all cabinet hardware. In the dining room, living room, and kitchen we replaced all lighting and furnished the living room and dining room.
